• What is the color of the logo?
• What are their overall goals?

Physician Assistant

AUDREY B.
"I'd like to experience functional navigations, because I can get frustrated if the buttons are not clickable, which will make me give up purchasing the product even I like it a lot, and I don't think the sharing moment function works for me, I'd just like to keep buying their jewelry without having frustrating technical issues on the app."
Fashion Designer
25 Years Old
DEVNA L.
"I'm also an Instagram influencer, so the sharing moment function on the app works really well to me, I'd like to see more photographs instead of reading lots of contents. Please make sure the payment process works well, I don't want to deal with that kind of technical issue, especially is something about my cards, I'm just sensitive about it"
EMPATHY MAP/USER JOURNEY MAP
We interviewed some people to get to know what their frustrations are and what can we improve on the app. Then we picked the ones that are shown more than two times to apply them on the empathy map and user journey map.
It’s annoying when processing my payment, it always takes too long to load the page.
The favorite button is so useful.
I don’t understand the sharing moment function.
It’s annoying they took out the items from my wish list after 2 days.
I want a reliable payment process.
Less content, more photographs would be better.
I Hope the app is easy to understand.
I care about the design of the app.
Impatient:
Pages for the payment process load too slow.
Confused:
How does the sharing moment work like?
Worried:
Don’t feel that safe when I put my card information.
Saving the products on their wish list.
Checking the items that are on promotion first.
